Craig Klosk
Co-President
Craig Klosk has over 30 years of private equity experience as a co-founder and Managing Partner of Wicks Capital Partners (“The Wicks Group”, “Wicks”, or the “Firm”). Wicks is a private equity firm that invests primarily in middle market companies focused on growing segments of the information and information services industries. Wicks has invested approximately $1.5 billion of equity capital across 38 platform companies and well over 100 add-on acquisitions. Since its founding, Wicks has applied a consistent investment strategy, partnering with high-quality, experienced management teams to build businesses organically and through acquisitions. Wicks has been able to leverage its domain expertise to reposition companies for growth opportunities and greater profitability. The Firm’s experience across multiple market cycles provides a unique lens through which investment opportunities are evaluated. As co-founder and Managing Partner of Wicks, Mr. Klosk was involved in all of the Firm’s investment and management activities and served on the board of directors of all 38 platform companies as well as the Wicks’ investment committee. Mr. Klosk also has deep experience in managing institutional private equity funds having served as Managing Partner across 4 Wicks funds. Mr. Klosk is actively involved in a broad range of community service and philanthropic activities, serving on several boards. Mr. Klosk has been a frequent speaker on middle market private equity investing and in particular investing in the information sector. He has also presented his experiences and strategies at various educational forums including at business schools as well as law schools. Prior to the founding of Wicks, Mr. Klosk was an attorney at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind Wharton and Garrison in New York specializing in mergers and acquisitions and the emerging private equity sector. Mr. Klosk has a JD and bachelor’s degree from Cornell University.
Jonathan Roth
Co-President
Jonathan Roth co-founded Round2 Investment Partners with over 30 years of private equity investment management experience. He began his private equity career in 1992 with Abbott Capital Management, LLC, a leading independent private equity investment management firm with approximately $15 billion in assets under management, and became a Managing Director in 1997. As President from 2007 through 2022, he worked closely with many of Abbott’s clients—public and corporate pension funds, endowments, foundations, family offices and joint venture partners—as they implemented and developed their respective private equity and venture capital portfolios. In addition to his management responsibilities, Mr. Roth was highly instrumental in identifying, analyzing, negotiating and monitoring primary, secondary and co-investments across a variety of top-tier private equity and venture capital managers while also serving on numerous limited partner advisory committees (“LPACs”). Outside of his professional responsibilities, Mr. Roth has a long history of volunteer service, having served on the Private Equity sub-committee for the Cornell University endowment from 1999 until 2022. Mr. Roth also served on the Board of Visitors of The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University from 2002 until 2019 and he is currently a guest instructor for a Private Capital markets class at Fuqua. Lastly, he serves as an Investment Advisory Council member for the M.J. Murdock Trust and is on the investment committee of the Peaceworks Foundation (OneVoice). Mr. Roth received his M.B.A. from The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and his A.B. in Economics from Cornell University.
Timothy M. Coletta
Associate
Prior to joining Round2, Mr. Coletta was a Senior Analyst at Evercore Partners where he advised clients on GP-led secondaries transactions. Mr. Coletta began his advisory career at M3 Partners as an Analyst in corporate restructuring. Mr. Coletta maintains several volunteering positions including New York Cares team leader, Roark Investment Fellowship mentor, Community Servings member, and Star Learning Center tutor. Mr. Coletta holds a MS degree in finance from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University and both a BSBA and BS in economics, summa cum laude, from Bryant University.
